1. How could I change my mindset?

Just as you learned the habit you wish to undo; you could learn a new  skill. This is true for many mind related matters such as changing the message from your body to your brain registering a love of more food  than you actually want to eat, or reducing habitual thinking like negative thoughts


2. Can you hypnotise anybody?

Generally,  with suggestion therapy, I find that most people can be hypnotized. There are exceptions, such as people that are very young and; those with  psychosis, senility. Extra care should be taken with applying analytical and regression therapy in certain circumstances and sometimes should be avoided altogether. For example, with pregnant women; people with epileptic fits; asthma or heart attack/stroke survivors



3. How is hypnotherapy with you different to stage hypnotism?

Unlike stage hypnotism, my hypnotherapy is not for entertainment. I am  strictly providing a professional and caring service for mind related matters; in union with a code of ethics as declared by a professional association. Being a professional;  I continue professional development. Though you are allowed to have fun in your  personal development



4. How many sessions will I have?

5. How is hypnotherapy with you different?

Unlike  other forms of talk therapy, I use hypnotherapy to work directly with  the subconscious mind by bypassing the conscious mind using hypnosis.  The subconscious mind is thought to house memories and be powerfully connected to the emotions.




6. How does hypnosis feel?

This, we cannot generalise to everyone; but you could expect hypnosis to feel like a release of tension in your body and a heightened awareness in your mind. Quite a useful state for exploring thoughts that need reprogramming or emotions that need releasing.




7. What can I expect in a session with you?

Hypnotherapy is the therapy you receive when using hypnosis with Nia. It is a drug  free and natural process of self-development. In a session, you may be guided to adopt constructive habits and/or explore thoughts, memories and emotions stored in your subconscious mind, to complete any unfinished business and help you move forward in a positive new direction.
