Conversely, by reducing your focus on your fears; doubts and what you can’t do brings greater peace. It doesn’t  stop you from knowing what areas you want to improve. It just helps you  tackle them better.


How often do I use it?


Even the occasional morning start with a morning meditation helps generate more successful thinking. But regularly waking up to a morning meditation helps to generate a chain of  successful thinking. Naturally, thoughts lead to emotions. In this case,  emotions such as self-acceptance, subtle increases in happiness and  hopefulness are often felt. These are positive emotions.
